A picture speaks volumes about what you expect in a product. Just like going to buy a burger and ordering according to what you see in the picture - you expect it to look that way. I expected a well fitting cover with a full 5 inches of foam. If the foam was the right size, it would fill up the cover. It does not. I do not understand why the cloth material on all other sides of the cover is made solidly and the side with the faux fur is thin and has no lining between it and the foam. It is so thin all it will take is a toenail to shred it! I've had a great many high quality dog beds over the years and gotten them at reasonable prices in stores the past, but never online. I expected the product to look like the picture. Afterall, what else do we have to go by besides the specs? I've let the bed sit as directed for more than the suggested 48 hours - 3 days to be exact, withoiut the dog even on it! It is supposed to "plump up" and get to the 5 inches I paid for and expected, but to no avail. Sadly this is the 3rd purchase online I've been furious about this week. The other 2 were not related to pet products, but I will certainly think twice about ordering anything online going forward, and much less from this company.
