Sherpa offers a guarantee with the airlines that is fantastic. Also my pet weights the limit of acceptability and I had to have a carrier that had wheels that worked really well. I'm a little old lady and couldn't imagine myself carrying a carrier with a 22 pound dog inside.

I loved this product! Although the measurements of this large Sherpa on wheels is larger than recommended for under the seat carry-on of most airlines, it fits beautifully with a little "squishing down" of the soft top. I was somewhat worried that the airline officials would not allow me to use this large size as carry-on, so I carried the smaller version over my shoulder as computer case/purse just in case I had to make a last minute swap. But it was all unnecessary. The large size worked flawlessly. And the convenience of the wheels (which roll easily) is a mustfor long hauls at large airports. By far, this is my best travel purchase to date.
